THE COMMUNITY
CRYPTO ARCADE

Every community becomes its own casino. Play from any phone. No wallet, your token, your cut.

01

Two games. 67,772 players.

Solpot runs coinflip and jackpot. Nothing else. In one year:

The number that matters

1.82M SOL
Paid to affiliates
66K SOL
Collected in fees

They paid 27× more to affiliates than they took in fees. That's not a leak. It's the whole strategy.

Distribution is the product. The house edge is a commodity; the audience is not.

Live, in production

Email login

6-digit code, you're playing. No extension, no seed phrase, no app. Your phone is enough.

One balance

Deposit once, it follows you into every cabinet. No per-game funding, no bridging.

Instant bets

Off-chain ledger, Stake model. No gas per round, no confirmation wait, no failed tx mid-game.

Provably fair

Seed hash published before the round, revealed after. Any player can recompute the result.

Still crypto

Real deposit wallet per user per chain: Solana, Base, BNB. Withdraw anywhere. The chain is the rail, not the doorman.

Shared jackpot

One progressive pot fed by every round of every game. Every cabinet, one arcade.

Compliance: custodial by design, the Stake model. Provably-fair RNG every player can verify, and funds only touch the chain at deposit and withdrawal. Structured to operate in jurisdictions where this model is permitted, ahead of any aggressive scaling.

04

Built to be shared

Solpot spent 1.8M SOL proving affiliates drive this business. We built that engine in from day one, for whole communities, not just individual streamers.

TierRevenue shareUnlock
Tier 120%Default, every player, from signup
Tier 230%Automatic at 10 active referrals
Tier 340–50%Streamers & community partners

Plus 5% rakeback to the referred player (up to 15%). Both sides get paid. That's what makes people actually share.

Your token, playable

The pitch that closes communities: members bet with their own token across every game. Already running in production with FUEL on BNB.

Tipping

Players tip each other in chat. Balance circulates inside the platform instead of draining to withdrawals.

Open catalogue

Studios ship a WebGL build; we host it and own the money and the randomness. The catalogue grows without us building it.

05

The margin can't go negative

Affiliate, rakeback and jackpot are all taken from the house edge, never the volume wagered. Even at our most generous tier, the house never runs at a loss.

Where each bet goes: banked games

Banked games (Rabbit Royale, and the crash / slots / tower line) run a 10% house edge. The RTP is fixed in the RNG service and unit-tested so it can't drift. On a 100-unit bet, 10 is house gain; here's how that 10 splits at each tier:

Per 100 wageredTier 1 · 20%Tier 2 · 30%Tier 3 · 50%

− Jackpot pool (10%)−1.0−1.0−1.0
Net to house6.55.252.5
Net margin on volume6.5%5.25%2.5%

Worst case, we keep 2.5% of every dollar wagered. And tier 3 is the exception, not the rule.

The subtractions aren't all cost, either. The jackpot pool stays inside the platform(that's retention, not a payout), and every unit paid to an affiliate buys a player who keeps wagering. Solpot's 1.8M SOL proves that trade pays for itself.

Banked games

10% house edge, fixed in the RNG service and unit-tested.

PvP games

Arena & Janken take a flat 5% rake on the pot. The house risks nothing, players bet each other.

Every token

The same split runs on SOL, ETH and community tokens. FUEL earns the same margin as SOL.

FUEL wagered

40 SOL wagered in a single hour, 2 SOL to the house. No marketing, no affiliates live, a handful of testers.

That's the density Solpot monetised 67,772 times over. The product works. It needs the audience, which is exactly what the distribution engine is for.

Community tokens: already live

95,600 FUEL has been wagered across 433 rounds of Rabbit Royale, a community token on BNB running as a first-class currency next to SOL and ETH, with its own balances, jackpot vault and affiliate tracking. Not a roadmap item. Shipped.

07

Roadmap

Q3 2026
Foundation shipped

Three games live and being played (Arena, Rabbit Royale, Janken), multi-token deposits with Solana at the core, provably-fair RNG, one-click play. Foundation shipped and in players' hands.

Q4 2026
Retention & Gamification

Turn players into regulars. Levels, streaks, daily rewards, leaderboards, a shared progressive jackpot and quests that reward sticking around. The goal is simple: make Domin8 the arcade you come back to.

Q1 2027
Polish the Arcade

Deepen the three games that are already live, straight from player feedback. Better feel, more competitive modes, tighter PvP. We perfect what we have before we add more.

Q2 2027
Community's Choice

Once the arcade is dialed in, the community picks the next cabinet. Players vote on what we build next, and we ship it. Growth on the community's terms, not a top-down roadmap.

Q3 2027
Community Hackathon

Open the arcade to its own players. A game-building hackathon where the community designs and submits new cabinets, the best ones ship on Domin8 and their creators earn from them. The arcade builds itself.
